With a PhD in Agricultural Research Management and a Master’s in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, she’s all about connecting research with policy and actual agricultural practices. Her enthusiasm for sustainable farming, agricultural innovation, and rural livelihoods shines through in her research projects, publications, and community outreach initiatives aimed at boosting food security and enhancing farmer education. As a lecturer, Dr. Wafula is dedicated to mentoring her students, encouraging critical thinking, and preparing the next wave of agricultural professionals with the tools they need to tackle global challenges in agriculture.
